Professional Mentor Program Task Force

The Professional Mentor Program Task Force works with IA staff to administer the mentorship program to assist IA members and member companies in accelerating their success and minimizing business roadblocks while creating a unique partnership between the association and its members. The task force

• serves as mentors for the program, volunteering a time commitment for mentorship meetings.
• collaborates to review potential mentee and mentor applications.
• evaluates the program regularly to gauge its success and provide suggestions for improvement.
