Volunteers are critical to IA’s success, donating time and expertise to develop programs and implement initiatives that benefit members and the irrigation industry. In exchange for their service, volunteers enhance their own professional development and benefit their companies.
IA volunteer working groups perform timebound tasks, projects or activities that contribute to a specific initiative, activity, program or deliverable. These groups meet as needed to engage in hands-on work tethered to a specific point in time or project and are critical in delivering certain IA programs or services. Volunteers are selected on an annual basis, based on the needs of the group.
