Certification by the most rigorous program in the industry is an impartial, third-party endorsement of your knowledge and experience.

Examination Options

The IA will offer exams for the following certification programs at the 2023 Irrigation Show and Education Week. Click on a link to learn more about each program’s requirements and find resources to prepare for the exam:

• Certified Agricultural Irrigation Specialist (CAIS)
• Certified Golf Irrigation Auditor (CGIA)
• Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC)
• Certified Irrigation Designer (Agriculture) (CID)
• Certified Irrigation Designer (Landscape/Turf) (CID)
• Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT)
• Certified Irrigation Technician in Spanish (CIT Spanish)
