The Irrigation Association’s Irrigation E3 Program is designed to provide both irrigation students (E3 learners) and faculty members (E3 leaders) with valuable exposure, experience, and education in the irrigation industry. We believe these “three E’s” are the best way to actively engage and inspire the next generation of irrigation professionals. Each year, selected E3 recipients are awarded travel and education grants to attend the Irrigation Show and Education Week, taking place December 8–11, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
