About you

We're looking for a Brand & Growth Coordinator to help drive our digital presence and operational efficiency. This role combines marketing technology, data analytics and project coordination to support our association’s digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies.

We operate within a matrixed environment that places a strong emphasis on collaboration and adherence to established norms and business rules. As part of our team, you will manage and execute work across multiple business units and cross-functional teams, requiring you to navigate and contribute within a dynamic organizational structure. Core responsibilities of the Brand and Growth Coordinator will include:

Digital Marketing, Engagement & Analytics

  • Execute email marketing and advocacy campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Implement and maintain UTM tracking for all digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and report website performance through analytics.
  • Support SEO initiatives using modern tools.
  • Assist in social media content deployment and tracking.
  • Create and manage digital surveys for customer/member feedback.
  • Generate basic graphics using design tools.
  • Perform light video editing for digital content.

Technical Operations

  • Manage website updates and maintenance through WordPress.
  • Ensure proper integration between website and association management system (iMIS).
  • Support virtual events technical needs (webinars, online classes).
  • Maintain HTML/CSS for digital assets.
  • Monitor website (including e-commerce) performance and SEO metrics.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Generate engagement reports across digital platforms.
  • Track and reconcile digital advertising performance.
  • Compile email marketing and newsletter metrics.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for key performance indicators.

Project Management

  • Administer the association’s Monday.com workspace.
  • Train and support staff on project management tools.
  • Implement process improvements for project workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or similar role (recent graduates with strong technical aptitude will be considered).
  • Computer and database application skills, such as MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in a SharePoint environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (certification a plus).
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, RISE and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Comfort with project management software.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
