Irrigation LABS

A Leadership & Business Success Peer Group

Thursday, Dec. 5  |  1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Friday, Dec. 6  |  8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Attention all landscape irrigation contractors! Are you worried about finding and retaining good staff? Are you hoping to set your business apart from your competition? Do you want new strategies on how to identify and close on solid leads for new business? On Dec. 5-6, we will attempt to answer these questions and more.

One of the best ways to grow and improve your irrigation business is by hearing the experiences of others who face the same challenges. To facilitate discussion and identify tools to help your company succeed, the Irrigation Association is launching an exciting new Leadership and Business Success peer group, known as Irrigation LABS. With your success in mind, Irrigation LABS will open doors to resources you didn’t know existed: a network of business experts and peers who face the same challenges as you.

Join us for an informational session and sample a LABS peer group meeting to learn more about this new opportunity. IA board member John J. Newlin, CIC, CIT, CLIA; irrigation business leader Christopher J. Pine, CIC, CID, CIT, CLIA, CLWM; and business consultant Jim Huston will host this event, which will span over an afternoon and a morning session, to begin the learning process, to test the waters on Irrigation LABS and to begin unlocking your future business success.
